Socialization of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health

Surabaya - December 19, 2023, Dr. Hj. Arzeti Bilbina, SE, MAP, member of Commission IX of Indonesian House of Representatives, together with Yoga Nara Yulian, SH from the Law Bureau of Ministry of Health of Indonesia, hold a socualization of the Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning health. In the event, Dr. Arzeti Bilbina highlighted key points of the law, taking emphasize on the role of the society.

As the moderator, Yoga Nara Yulian, SH, provided legal perspectives to ensure the participants' understanding of the rights and obligations concerning health. Thus,  is hoped that synergy will be created between the legislature, executive and society in supporting the implementation of national health policies.
